Mumford is playing aggressively, but certainly not as a thug.

He is trying to tackle hard and use every ounce of his weight to punish but he's not running around clubbing blokes behind play and he isn't like that as a bloke.

Personally I think he will provide us with an advantage if he continues to give away large numbers of free kicks. And if we play smart enough to milk them.

I agree, their stoppage work is significantly better than ours. If Mumford gives a number of frees away then we don't actually need to win the clearance, we have the ball anyway. Plays into our hands as we know that clearances are the weakest part of our game and he could normalise that a touch.
