Stack has to play next week.
Kept at it and didn't drop his head.
Combined really well with MRjr for a couple of scrounging goals.
I liked his effort.
No point in dropping him.

Syd the obvious out for Dusty next week.
Tough call, but I'd reluctantly drop MRjr before Stack.
But then again I'd probably also play Stack and Mrjr before Ross and RCD (although I would also like the latter two to remain in the side).
Pretty good MC dilemma to have

Agree. Its the way it sometimes goes for a forward pocket. You could kick 4 goals or get nothing, all dependent on where the ball goes. Reckon he competed really well and got some really good groundball gets, that didn't result in a disposal that resulted in 2 goals for MRJ.

I hope he plays next week, for me next week if Prestia is good to go, I'd be going Cotch and Dusty for RCD and Edwards (who I'd play as the sub).

We are beyond gifting games this season, we have a chance to recover our season so players should be picked on form only.

RCD and Stack should make way for Dusty and Cotch.

fwd pocket . First game in for a long time. Didn't get in the way of the stars of the night. Looked knackered . Hopefully there is space for him to get a run of games to get back in touch and AFL fit.

Expected more. Struggled to get near it. 5 touches in a 100 point mauling when the ball was in his zone 80% of the game. Doesn’t look fit enough to play at this level.

I want the 2019 Stack the side but he seems a fair way off that.

Tried hard. I’d still prefer him in the side over the likes of Parker and Aarts. If there are no injuries and players have to make way for Cotch and Dusty then he has to be in that conversation. Sadly, it looks like 2019 is as good as it ever got for Syd.

Who goes out for Cotchin and Dusty next week?

I reckon Ross and RCD with Lambert moved to sub.

We watched the same game but I didn't see unfit Stack.
He was chasing and moving all over the ground. He is still a kid.
I would have him in our side over many others

Ross had as many disposals in 1 quarter as Stack had for the whole game.

Yeah but Ross didn't play in the forward pocket on a night where our key forwards dominated.

Stack is twice the player Ross is

Played the forward pressure role his was asked. Forward line functioned the best it has in years. Lock to stay in. Reminds me of the role (& games) Dan Rioli played before going to half back and killing it.

Stacks a talent and if he's genuinely considered the worst in our 22 - we are in much better shape than anyone thinks.
