Its been 10 years. 10 drafts. 10 years of choices, various list managers, various heads of the footy dept, various football managers.
Many years of working side by side with Eddie - yeah, Ed lets bring Beams back in for 2 x draft picks, lets go all in for Treloar no matter what we need to give up to bring him across from the Giants and his in principle agreement with the Tigers.
I have never believed a coach has no say in the list management.
Sydney Media Mafia wanted him out the minute he got in.

A very unbalanced list. Pendles and Sidearse at the end of their careers, Grundy's body as weary and used up as Cripps.
Roughead, Howe, Greenwood, Mayne all on the wrong side of the ledger. Elliott's body can let him down the way Dion's can for us.
They are missing Adams but gee, they look in trouble.

McGuire did what he liked and Figgy was safe.
Wright coming in is the big broom thats going to go through the place both on and off field.
They will be better for it medium to long term they got a handful of good kids last year to start building with.
