Also worth remembering cotchin was very lucky in 2017 for his shiel bump.

Best to give positive karma vibes and if there is anything similar this week we get a favourable result

And upon whose recommendation was Christian appointed as the sole MRO officer? Eddie's advice to Gill perchance? This is folly to have one man with all this power.
Greenes' actions last week on the Bont, on face value, looked far worse. If he didn't get a week for that, why for this? (But he is a really silly boy!)

Also worth remembering very different situations. With Cotch on Shiel, the ball was right there in dispute. Sure Cotch went in hard but with eyes on winning the contest and the ball; no intention to make high contact but Shiel is bent down lower, half falling (from memory).

Reckon Greene will get off that on appeal. The vision is totally inconclusive.
Hawkins might get off too. They'll say Schroder impeded Hawkins illegally and was already falling.

Disagree, Cotchin had his hands on the ball. Incidental contact. About five minutes after the Shiel/Cotchin collision Shiel gets bumped again by Dave Astbury. That could easily have caused the concussion.

Who can forget

and you’re missing one of the greatest Tigers, the late Neville Crowe, who was outed for the 1967 GF after pop in jail John Nicholls staged the effect of a Crowe slap in the second semi.

Nicholls should be retrospectively fined $1500 for staging. $2000 for a late plea.

the Greene 'suspension' is a knee jerk reaction to the failure last week. MRP = More Ridiculous Penalties.

Brisbane fans should be so *smile* off.

Greene serving his Footscray suspension a fortnight later against Collingwood.

and they lose by under a kick with Greene topping the charts

what a *smile* debacle.

next The AFL will introduce futures trading of suspensions.

AFL is ******* hopeless

They even do snowballing *smile* ups.

maybe in the prelim against Collingwood, they'll review a goal and

declare that if Toby was playing, he would have touched it?

Christian was appointed because he's a personal friend of Gill the Dills.

No way Greene loses his appeal.

unless inconclusively putting your hand in the general vicinity of someones face is a penalty.

he's certainly guilty of being a *smile*,

but I dont think that's an actual offence?

It’s appears on a seperate vision close to his eyes??
Neale is down for a few seconds gets up and having some issue with his eyes?
Possibly no poke but what are his hands doing at the geneat vicinity of Neales eyes???

Stupidly. Yes both he and Hawkins could, should cost their sides dearly.

After the AFL blatantly interfered (I feel) and the MRO got it wrong he will get the one (which will stand).

He clearly scratched at Bonts eyes like he was a Siamese Cat and Bont was trying to make off with a dead pharaoh's jade ticket to heaven.

and he did a masterful impersonation of a poorly socialised, captive monkey's tantrum on Bonts' scalp.

and The AFL went

'she's right'

then there was some suggestion that his hand went near Neales eyes, a bit like a year 9 student miming a Gold Coast facial treatment, viewed from the back row,

and The AFL go

'thats a week, miss a prelim against Collingwood.'

Speaking of ChamberlaIn, ain't he just the model AFL employee? The AFL has revealed that 'percentage of the game within a 2-goal margin' is a metric, so when GWS got the jump he dutifully pulled a few out of his arse for Brisbane. I pray we don't get him, I'd almost rather Deboy.

Chamberlain was every bit as bad as Mumford.

a lot of the time, I really felt like I was at a nightmarish

'in conversation with Ray Chamberlain'

session at the Byron Writers Festival,

convened by Manu.

rather than watching an epic footy semi-final

Is there anything worse than listening to writers talk about writing? I think it was David Lynch who said, "the art is the answer".
