They’re an absolute shambles. Worst run club in the league. Look at their farcical ‘process’ to appoint a coach after Brad Scott. Great Scotty’s gone! Let’s get Horse! Oh, he doesn’t want to do it? That’s ok, Shawy got us a win, he’ll do. How hard can it be?

Well thats the other thing apart from player recruitment. President and CEO have both been terrible choices.

Its almost like they expected McDonald to be taken by the Crows, so got in too deep promising Phillips theyd take him and then when McDonald was on the table they wanted to be seen as doing the honourable thing and still didnt take him.

Marquee Key Forwards if they are available are what you build your side around when you are a basket case on the bottom.

Even if the kid leaves after 2 years and youv'e played him his trade value is high.

Really stupid stuff by the Kangas, and it could actually end up being the draft error that kills their club, after their fans drop off with another 5 years in the basement and no shining light.

Mind you the Crows shouldn't escape scrutiny over not taking him either.

Phillips and Thilthorpe will want to be very very good players.

Its Buddyesque.

*smile* Norf. Never mind Tassie, send them and their pissant supporters to Antarctica. Irrelevance suits them.

Can you actually drop off from their current level of support?

Saw a bit of them yesterday and actually felt sorry for blokes like Aidan Corr and the blonde bloke from Collingwood
You could see it in their faces like “what have I done? ... what am I doing here?“

I‘m also feel sorry already for the young 18 year old kids back playing again this year and vying for the nomination of best of the next batch of draft picks
And then they come to realise that the very best of the best of them will likely end up at Norf

Have had a bit to do with Will Phillips. Was the best kid in the country for his age until COVID hit. The kid is a star and has character that will take him a long way. That said the next rabble like years in store for the Kangas could well destroy a few of the kids like Will.

Good Insights there Ghostie cheers.

Is he a possible future Captaion type for them?

Lots of pressure gonna be directed on the lad now.

Lets hope for his sake he kills it and becomes a star.........and then gets traded to Richmond :))
