Changes v Aints

I reckon he could be the most talented and valuable whipping man PRE has ever known ?

I think hes edged out Griggs ?

Im OK with it,

there a direct relationship between whipping boy calibre,

and premierships.

I hope, one day, Dusty becomes a whipping boy.
I thing pre 2017 Edwards was our chief whipping boy until the Tigers caught up with his vision and sleight of hand

Graham has started reasonably the last couple of games and has then faded badly. Playing sore.
Start Cotchy as sub and swap him out for Graham at half time so the wrecking ball can do what he does best. Win games for us.
Play the system. Like Collingwood did last night with Sier. Gastro my ass

I’m not at all against trying something with Pickett in the middle , it’s only my opinion that he has deficienciesthat will stop him been able to play that role, maybe we could use him as a run with.

I can see why he has so many fans and so many detractors, in saying that I think it’s obvious why he wasn’t picked up earlier, he simply makes too many fundamental errors, it’s contradictory but I love him in the team, I just think We can do better with the new rules

if MP is in this week I’d love to see him pick off Jones as he tries to scrap Dusty off the ball
Therein lies the question that needs to be resolved Bright n shiny one.
The new rules hurt Fish's slightly loopy disposal, glance around, fumbly ball take n second guessing when he's in space on the outside. If he's getting down n dirty doing the grunt work on the inside, it's all about hit n go footy, there's no time to fiddle, guess n shuffle around a bit. All the things that seem to be hurting his game at the moment.
No idea if it will work out or not until we at least try it. But I'm pretty sure the only thing keeping him in the side at the moment is his work ethic n physical hurt factor n that won't save him unless he can get a lot cleaner with the ball.
Surely can't hurt to try his physical attributes deep in the guts a few times, at the worst it might be all we need to clear a path for some of the other mids to dance through occasionally.

Cotchin being rested is quite the possibility. He will be coming off a 5 & 6 day break.

Not a chance smoking. From what Ive heard he pulled up fine. He had 6 days break from Sydney to the port game and has another 6 days from port to saints game.

RCD deserves a chance I reckon. The others such as Dow and Martyn who have jumped the queue have looked off the pace.

This is a concern. A few of the kids we've played recently (martyn mansell dow naish egg) have looked off the pace.

Only Ross has shown anything out of our fringe players or up and comers. Our depth isn't there or lack of opportunity is holding them back. Not sure which

Rioli and Rioli, with Castagna to add that chase heat that has worked well for us for so long. Jr might not be ready, Daniel will (hope) grow a leg and together be very dangerous??

No VFL since 2019, only practice games with netball zones, or 12 a side last year. That's why I think despite Dimma pumping up Ralphsmith, he'll realise the step-up is too steep without some proper footy under their belts.

In: KMac, CJ, DRioli
Out: Martyn, Mansell, Aarts.

Maybe RCD for Ross or if anyone's sore (Graham?) but four changes two weeks in a row is a lot. Ross probably deserves another shot.
