Dimma got a good dig into the Umps in his presser and pointed out the they do Lynch no favours.
Maybe Dimma should give the Tigers his halftime rocket before the start of the game instead of at halftime them we may get a full game of intent

Let's see if he can get the same respect as Clarko and get them to change the rules for him. Somehow I doubt it.

Lynch gets nothing compared to other forwards since he got witch hunted by the media and afl absolute joke what defenders get away with.

I loved the look of disgust in Dimma’s eyes when he commented about the ‘uncontested play that the team was forced to play today’

You can tell he’s despises it.

And I loved watching North go to water when the Tiges took that style of play off the table in the 3rd qtr.

Dimma and the coaches deserve plenty of credit. We were a rabble at half time, unwatchable.

It wasn’t all tactical either. Missed handballs, terrible decision making. Whatever the coaches did it worked beautifully.

One thing I noticed was Stack and Rioli pushing up the ground with intent. The addition of Mansell and the reinvention of these two is a minor miracle in a patchy season.

Credit to a skeleton coaching crew. The poor skills alone suggests we are running on the smell of an oily rag but we are at least getting a few things right.

Disagree Carter our players were playing to instruction in the first half with their ball movement out of our backline, no dare playing it slow and safe.

Shades of 2016, it was similar to recent matches where we have tried to implement this crappy game plan with similar results.

In the second half we moved the ball with intent ( like 2019) and it paid off.

Our coaching crew put us down the hole in the first half so why give them credit when we revert back to what we have done well in the past and give them credit for re-

inventing the wheel.

Good to see Dimma making some noise about uncontested chip mark crap ruining the game. Hopefully it gains momentum and they get rid of the stupid standing rule, not only for the tigers sake but for the game in general. I hate watching this uncontested crap we're seeing and the kangaroos are trying to replicate this as we saw in the first half.

I'm just happy Beavis finally decided to change things up.
Get some new guys in.
Aartsy and the Chaos man certainly had a good run at it.
(I've loved Captain Chaos but this year has stunk it up, big time)
Simon Phoenix too. What an enigma.
Torches Brisvegas with ease.
Then stinks it up. Just goes missing far too often.
Hoping Cujo, Hugo, Dow, Parker, Mansell, MoJu, and Syd A Knee get a good run of games now.

Had a look at the presser, that's about as cranky as Hardwick has ever been after a win. Appears to be thoroughly pissed off at the state of the game. Once again stood up for his player (Lynch).

Need Clarko to complain about it first.

Was nice to see Dimma unloading about a few things: the horrible and boring chip-mark-stand game we now have, the dig at Brown and the treatment Lynch gets. He seemed to be a bit off the leash and looked like he had a few things he wanted to get off his chest but was waiting for a press conference after a win to do so.

Give 'em hell Dimma.

The change came when we showed more patience with that short kick i50.
The current format of the game has made that an easy kick but all year we've been bombing it in thinking it's 2020.
Hopefully we see a change going forward for the rest of the season.

yeah Dimma was super cranky.

what I wanna know is which journalist will take up the story of the AFL changing the rules to combat one team’s success.

Dimma has coached poorly for most of the year
You won’t win many games when you get belted by the bottom team at centre clearances
Laughable last night .Gave the opposition first use of the ball , as been the case most of the year . No wonder we can’t kick high scores . How easy was the Prestia goal when we did win a centre clearance

Wait til you see how Geelong go about it Damien!

Was that Shai's one handed octopus clearance? As sweet a move as you'll get.

Midfield beat up on the opposition all last years finals series n then somehow we've struggled to win clearances for most of this year again. Not sure it's all on the coach, Nank, Prestygiocomo, Cotch, Dusty, Shedda, Lamblett have been on high injury rotation most of the season. There's your first tier midfield full of holes all year n patched up with L platers.

Sorry but we had Nank , Cotchin . Shai , Edwards , Fridge Prestia all A Grade onballers and we were 10 zip on centre clearances last night . Not the players fault

Thought Coleman-Jones actually did better at centre bounces than Nank, especially in the third quarter. Actually hit the ball forward and not sideways or backwards.

Centre clearance & stoppage remains our biggest issue & has to be addressed given the 6-6-6 rule. Anything less than 50/50 break even is a fail going forward. We’ve perhaps underestimated Soldo’s absence as well - bigger & talker body than Nank and was important in late 2019 & early 2020 when Nank was injured.
