AFL360

Key words there are ‘shred of decency’. Robbo is the image of sleazy, muck raking reporter.
A perfect description of him.

His depiction of the players as money hungry and greedy, was disgraceful.
The players have taken a 50% pay cut until 31/05 and after that they will be paid 30 per cent if games don’t return and 50 percent if they do.
I applaud the players for not being bullied, and for the significant pay cuts they have agreed too.

Slobbo's back peddling at 100 miles per hour about the greedy players now. The players were always going to do the right thing. If he had a shred of decency he would apologise to them.

if he had a shred of decency he should firstly apologise to the players.
Secondly he should apologise to the viewers for what he has inflicted on everyone through the years.
Thirdly, he should apologise to management for pretending to be a journalist and bluffing and bullshitting his way through the shows.
Fourthly, he should return all the money he has “earned” on the show since he gained it under false pretences

No way ....Not until weve secured #13 in the cabinet then when we are *smile* again we can do all that stuff :)).

Like Mr Utra Defence Coach Clarko won 4 flags playing defensive web footy across the park.

Now his team is *smile* and cant score against defensive footy he now reckons its ruining the game.

Righto

Can't believe anyone is applauding the players.

They are a disgrace.

While almost everyone else is getting zero, they are giving up a months pay.

The AFL should have called them out, stood them all down and had a full draft when the competition resumes, with a 50% salary cap.

I understand that there a lot of people who have lost their jobs, and that it's a sensitive subject.

The players have taken a 50% pay cut until 31/05, and after that they have agreed to a 70% pay cut if games don't resume and 50 % if they do. I don't find that to be "a disgrace", I think they have been quite reasonable.

What do you think about Gil taking a 50% pay cut? The AFL refuse to disclose his salary, it was last disclosed at $1.7 million in 2017.
The 12 person AFL executive have an average salary of nearly $900,000, they had originally agreed to taking a 20% pay cut, I'm not sure whether that has changed though.

Yer & GWS get 1st crack at all players as they have pretty much all played in NSW against them or the Swans at some stage.

What is a disgrace is that the AFL execs continue to be well overpaid yet Grass roots footy is on it's knees. What what i understand the top brass are taking the same hit the Players are. it's still a lot of $ for ppl that discuss rule change idea's all summer long.....

I work/worked in footy until all of this shut it down, and we aren't getting a cent and also have no guarantee our roles will be there when the game eventually resumes.

It's very frustrating. Players are still expected to be training and coaches still expected to be available, even at state league and elite junior pathways, but we get no guarantee.

It did not take long for this show to stick the knives into the Tigers. Did I really hear that idiot Robbo say Hardwick was tentative as a coach and Tigers were not an attacking side.

Probably still drunk after those premiership bombers won 2 in a row. A bit like how giddy Matthew Lloyd was last night on Footy Classified over the Bombers.

We are a defensive team, but were ranked 2nd with average goals kicked 13.8 in 2018 and ranked 1st last year with 12.9. Kicked the joint highest score of Round 1 and then got flooded by the Pies.

If Gerard didn't hate us so much I'd think he would have challenged Robbo on these cold hard facts but then that doesn't make good TV according to them.

They got stuck into Melbourne for falling into a heap after half time but again no bagging Collingwood or comment on how we kept them goalless for 64 minutes.
Not sure you can take that show seriously when they reckon Petrecca looks the fittest he has been. He still looks overweight to me. And he did a Houdini in the last qtr with the other 21 Melbourne players.
Poor old WC said Whately. Boo hoo.
Healy was silent on WC.

That noted strategic coaching genius Mark Robinson (AKA Robbocop)?

ppl that think we are not attacking clearly never watch us, as for Whateley he's no doubt up & about like all Cats fans during H&A. That moron also wants 16min 1/4's to stay!

So already forgotten the almighty hammering the Giants got in the GF? We also scored over 100 in round 1, which Collingwood, despite recording a big win against the Dogs, did not.

Did anyone else hear Wayne Carey describe Collingwood as 'brave' after the game? FMD.

He didn't?! Not even Robbo would say something that *smile* dumb.

You sure it wasn't a clip from 2016?

You think what Robbo said was funny.

Matthew Lloyd in his wisdom said that if Hawkins didn’t get suspended that Geelong would have won last year’s premiership.
