"Petracca has nothing on Dusty, Yet"
Robbo.

Are they serious?
On the back of 2 good games, he has now matched a 2 time premiership, 2 time Norm Smith and brownlow winner.
With sooooo much media covering AFL and to keep the public interested going they come out with this gabbage.
In the real days of football in the 70's & 80's, you wouldn't make the news or papers till you actually did something that was relevant.
These days one good mark or a good qtr, makes the weeks news.
The days of breaking news, is gone.
The bloke next door gets the scoop before the journo's.
The days of waiting for the afternoon paper at 3 o'clock to see if we got anyone in a trade seems light years ago.

I really liked the pic at the top of the article, Petracca holding Dusty while Dusty was not in possession of the ball.

That pic says a thousand words, not just about the state of the game, but also about the state of the commentariat.

Lost me at David King.

Not that I like celebrating Melbourne, but Petracca is a pleasure to watch at the moment. He is having a cracking season.

It's like saying Petracca is playing better than Bob Skilton is right now, therefore Petracca is a better player than Bob Skilton.

There's actually about 50 players on the league playing getter than Dusty right now. Therefore they are all better than Dusty. FFS.

Did some great things tonight, went in and just made sure he came out with the ball. A bit in and out of the game but geez when he ploughs into a pack and just makes the ball his it is some kind of magic.

He was different tonight.
Man possessed at times.
He was the only who looked likely to get us over the line.
He really wanted that win last night.

Hardwick should have isolated him that last quarter one out.

But he was also needed in the muddle too..

It was indeed a "muddle" in the middle last night, waiting ... Tigers couldn't get much cohesion happening there.
Agree, he really wanted to put his stamp on ther game.
Reckon he might have noticed Greene doing his stuff so thought he might strut his own.

The One Man Team was on show last night.
He is just a beast.
The club should just drop Riewoldt and allow this bloke to captain the side.
Outstanding last night

We should be getting Jack out of the fwd line and having Lynch go one way taking the smalls with him and Dusty the other.

Think the club is taking too long to transition Dusty into a majority forward like Mark Riccuito was (and won a brownie in the process).
