Watching the livestream - gee our seconds run and spread and also take the relieving mark short kick option. Nice to watch. I realise pressure in seconds may not be as high as in firsts, but nice to see some pin point passes.
It certainly does, I watched a bit of this, they were making good short passes which was not only a result of accurate kicking, but also players presenting to create the option.

Great effort from he seconds. Lost hit outs 70 to 15 but dominated everything else. I don’t think we had a ruckman available on our list to use this afternoon.
Helps to relieve the pressure. Gives you a second or two to think through next disposal

The VFL commentators are funny, very good at the job. I realise there is credibility from playing AFL, but surely the TV stations should just employ the best commentators

Brindley rucked and they conceded the HO and just took over at ground level. Essendon had a lot of witches hats.
George and Hately having a bit of a scuffle:

Contrast to lack of movement in AFL team over last two weeks in particular.
