Sport like life is full of sliding doors moments. Soldo was playing imposing ruck footy in 2020 before the ACL. Was more mobile plus had a better instinct for the game. Let’s see what 2023 brings.

Like you I am confident Soldo will come back to form again as he is a big unit and a bad injury will take a long time to fix in mind and body

The club seems to be hanging their hat on him rediscovering the sharp graph of improvement back in 2019. Fair enough. He was a bright light before Shovekins put his career at risk.
That said the Nank/Soldo duo has lost a bit of gloss in 2022. Our midfield hasn't helped on that front either.

Good call Tooheys! I’m yet to see the benefits of playing him this season to be honest. This ‘wearing down of the opposition ruck’… yeah I’m not sure. Needs to lift his output drastically - especially when resting fwd.
