Can’t see him playing seniors this year unfortunately.

If we were struggling and had players out through injury or form then he could be a smoky for a spot.....but we are firing and players who are fit can’t all make it.

Looking for to the 2020 version of Ross.

Yep.

He looked to be a 200 gamer before he got injured, so would prefer that we take a conservative approach if there’s any risk of reinjuring it.

So if he does not play again this year he will be just like a new recruit.

That would make two

Whether he plays more senior football for us or not this season, he's clearly going to be a regular in 2020. That might make for some interesting dealing at years end..

Yeah, not now we have a strong squad available.

Take out a Cotchin, Lambert or Graham as was the case earlier this year, then yes an outside chance.

Let’s look forward to a 2020 season with Ross and Bolton starting centre

Agreed.

Id be taking no risks with foot injuries /fractues they are notoriously difficult to heal with decreased blood supply.

Important player for the future get him right.

I reckon we wouldve had 2 kids in the top 3 of the Norwich Rising Star if he continued to play out the season.
Thanks Fyfe.

If he was fit he walks straight into the side - pure midfielder which we dont have many.

It’s just nice to now we have a ready made inside mid in Ross, a ready made outside mid in Naish in the background.

Ross looked every bit the glamour grunt type. Win your own but look good doing it. He’s every bit the first round, starting 18 stud that somehow gets to the third round.

Just watching the round 4 Port game again. Jack Ross, what a beast in his first game of AFL. I didn't realise how good he was at the time.

Before he was injured he was headed toward a battle with SS for 2019 Rising star winner. Absolute gun!!!

Can’t find the comment I thought I saw about Jack Graham In 2017. Looked up the history and he played the last two games of the regular season. What was his injury?

Graham fractured his ankle in March 2017, played last two games and played in all the finals of that premiership campaign. Ross injures his left ankle syndesmosis sprain in May currently listed as 3-4 weeks out with 5 rounds to go...

Apparently he spoke at 3121 last game and said the doc reckons he'll play in 3. So likely 2 weeks away from VFL. There's still a glimmer of hope.
