I think it's the tackle with about 2 or 3 mins to go in the 2nd quarter in the centre square. Ivan's head hits the turf. That's all I can come up with unless it's off camera and caught on the behind the goals cam.

And in further news, the MRO gave the all-clear for the umpires decision to not penalise Warner for kicking the ball into the Yarra River. They deemed it to be an obvious accident.

It could be HKT, but most times they show vision of the particular incident, why not this time?
