I would think a gun needs to be a little consistent. Good player, can do clever things, can turn a match, but is not a 'gun'- if that terms means one of the best players in the league.

Everytime he gets near the ball the commentators and the supporters roar. Yet he's had 3 disposals and hardly sighted. He's averaged 11 disposals a game this year. Wouldn't get a game at the Tigers.
