Pick 53: Jack Graham

Just cruising through games with little impact at all. He will be on the trade table gor me.

Don't jump off someone that quickly. Especially someone who's given their all (remember 2019 prelim) for our jumper.

Agree on evidence he’s an automatic selection as far as the club is concerned.
I’m suggesting he shouldn’t be. He’s horribly out of form. Can’t get near it.
Im arguing that all long term injured players should be run through the twos. But think we are too thin in our list to afford us the luxury of bringing in ready made replacements.

Which player in the VFL would do a better job than him in the midfield right now?

Best game this year. Some very smart and attacking passages. I had his name on the list to be given a spell, gets a reprieve on today's game.

Tried his guts out tonight and if that’s his standard the least of our problems.

Would like to see him being used on an actual opponent to shut down their influence.

The past is the past typical game like today cruising around hard decisions need to be made.
He's come in off limited prep. He's not going to come out and get 24 touches in his first few weeks. We're managing his workload for a long season.
We're playing rubbish, but we haven't got 30 dud players. He's young, and he's talented. Be patient and unbiased. Was good for most of tonight.

Batted down the order. Kicked a goal. Beaten in the air when he presented. Not usually an aerial target. ?? But worked.

Best game of the year IMO.

Sydney Stack for a start.
But as I clearly stated, we probably don’t have enough options. And only drafted 1 more last year.
But playing underdone players is a cancer. Being match fit should be a non negotiable

I had Graham in the droppable basket last week. But he improved. He can do the grunt work for Stack this week.

No Dusty, No Lamblett, Shedda playing like a tired old pensioner n Cotch a little bit better. Prestygiocomo n Fish in n out of the side with injuries yet we're calling for Fridge's head on a plate coz he's not fit enough or playing like a superstar. FMD there's some dickheads with big opinions around sometimes.

:))

Amazing how he keeps putting in average performances but somehow manages to fly under the radar.
I actually think he's one who's spot is under pressure with others returning.
