How'd Ben go guys and girls, I did not watch the game?
He has a lot of attributes needed as a key back size and agility and strength and tidy skills from what very small amount I've seen.
Hopefully he aquitted himself well today and showed enough glimpses worthy of persistence.
The club still needs to draft or trade in another Key defender even if he stays the cupboard is near bare in regard to KPD and KPF depth,.

Showed enough Craig. Looked tidy when involved. Deserves another year
He wasnt out marked once , contested very well , kicked that ball out from goal sq 60m
It's a shame he wasn't right to go 5 weeks ago. Quietly impressed.
That is it, nothing flashy or eye catching, just finding his feet on the big stage and did all the right things with no fuss. I foresee him as a regular next season
Seen him a couple of times at VFL level n now his AFL debut. Keeps things simple, tidy n composed. Hope he gets another year n a few more senior games, looks the type that could play the rock for our other defenders to spring board from.
Considering it was his first game for quite a few weeks and he was probably gassed after a few contests.
a bit anonymous but looks to have the tools to develop into a solid defender. Needs a Leppa type mentor that Rance had. Maybe Rance would be a specialist coach over preseason??
