Surely even those that vote for the Coalition would want any Government to be accountable to an INDEPENDENT ICAC.

They could always set the commission up the same as Dan's done n then simply under fund it so that not much of anything gets done. Or even better set up boards of inquiry where nobody has to answer any question with anything more meaningful than " *smile* if I know. But consider: who is Kelly presenting to us?
