Not sure WC game style is a style that can be good if your 2-3 goals down.
It's all ok when your in front, not sure you can persist with that tempo when your trailing by 2-3 goals in a shorter game.
I thought we had them beat after the castagna goal in the 3rd.

On first viewing, it seems like they got away with 3 or 4 blatant throws.

Yes, Graham's tackle on Nitnat was a beauty - kicked a goal too from the resultant free kick......

Cotchin was BOG for me. His 1st half led the way to victory. The team followed his example. His pressure acts when he appears to be out of the contest are amazing.

When a ball is in dispute then gets flicked out say 5 m away to the next pack Cotch is the quickest to get from the original scrimmage to the next, never leaves it to someone else if he has any chance to influence the Contest.

Taken out a 'star' behind play, Barry Hall style
Contacted the CEO directly without running it past his boy Brad
Driven a fellas head a foot into the turf with potential to cause brain damage
Orchestrated the removal of a journo threatening his livelihood
Called a former player a crybaby
Given a bloke an onfield tracheotomy
Ordered CIG to send a trailer mounted welder
Sent the wags off for a day of pampering
Fondled a friend's testicular region whilst smiling and singing x 5
Pleaded for the family dog to be shipped north, business class
Touched another man's *smile* multiple times whilst winking
Invoiced the AFL for uber eats..... noice!
Performed a double somersault with half twist in a marking contest
Demanded an on call team of specialist builders
Performed a post match digital rectal examination whilst laughing
Ordered additional food for a bunch of hungry professional athletes
Over exaggerated a clip to the head

I'm sure I've missed some of the other *smile* we've apparently done....

Christ..... them silly bastards will only be able to write & talk about how well we played..... that'll hurt!

I don't know who remembers but the game against this mob last year was similarly a rip-snorter. After so many years in the wilderness it is just so satisfying for the Tigers to be regular performers in the big games.

Looks like it is "Big Boy" month now. That was easily the best performance of the year. Planning and execution were both flawless.

How lucky are we? We have had years of watching Dusty, Rance, Riewoldt and Cotchin and now we can look forward to Bolton, Baker and Balta for the next ten years. And Lynch for at least the next five.

After last night, I will even take ten years of Soldo.

Emma Murray joining the group is huge. Seeing her in the rooms last night was like watching Freddy Mercury strolling out at Wembley for Live Aid.

So what's happening now is he has opposition supporters call up and obviously they rev up the conversation and I guarantee this is the sort of crap the AFL listen to when they decide they better have a closer look.... just a joke for a supposedly professional organization!

I think it's worth mentioning that Kennedy also misjudged the flight of the ball. Which is why he ended up turning back in to Balta's knee, making the hit worse.

Our rucks certainly played well but actually thought he looked a bit flat, leg weary, as did a few others from WC. Which makes our performance even better after playing in Darwin last week. Don't forget WC only had a 4 day break, 20% less recovery than our 5 days which is significant.
