WEEK 1 FINALS 2021

3 legs one to go.
Go the doggies
Brisbane are fken useless. The old codger spitting out numbers again.
Longmire in tears with a harder draw next year back in the bottom 6.
What a beautiful weekend

Prior, Fullerton, Adams, Cockatoo, Mathieson and Gardnier.

It’s a long tail.
How about that cheap ass flog from Geelong McCarthy?
He is a dud
Rich besides a decent kick is average.
Lyons dosent defend.
McMyluggage average nothing special
And Neale is properly the worse midfielder in the comp.
Does nothing with his possessions
43 tonight might as well been 8.
No influence.
Maybe they celebrated bit too much last week against Wc.

Hasn't nsw over 1000 cases of Covid a day?
How did so many Sydney supporters attend that game?
I don't believe anyone in Tassie would barrack for those *smile* sticks.
BUDDY 1.4mill misses basic set shot

In 2019 when Brad Scott had just got the sack from his coaching position at North he bumped FOX commentator David King from behind, nearly knocking him to the ground. This was caught on camera while King was offering some post game comments.
Brad is apparently just about to become the AFL footy boss.
Maybe Toby could use the same footage to press claims for his own elevation to Hall of fame membership.

Allow me to blow my own trumpet here for a sec. :sneaky:

Some years you get into the draft, some years your team wins the flag and has pick 20 and you don't so much. In my inconsistent attention to the kids over the years, I have declared my love for exactly five players from about halfway through their draft years: Trent Cotchin, Jake Stringer, Marcus Bontempelli, Shai Bolton and Clayton Oliver. Oliver a bit later because he didn't play Champs but I remember someone here telling me he wouldn't go top-20 and thinking, if there are 20 better players than Oliver in this draft either I'm a terrible judge or it's the greatest draft in the history of sports.
Lol, who told you that?

Toby Greene has to be proper mental doesn't he?

He has to get a week and miss a semi, for the one of the stupidest things I've ever seen a footballer do, in the context.

its 3/4 time and your 3 goals up in a final FFS
I'm not sure 'proper mental' is the right term, but i know someone who knew him as a school kid. From what i have heard i reckon there is a fair chance he has something diagnosable.

On first viewing i thought there had to be some reasonable explanation. But hearing his lack of excuse he is gone. Should be about 4 weeks.
I expect GWS will appeal, hopefully they can drag it out and he can play this week.

When I first saw it I thought I want a different angle. I’m not convinced he even touched him and I’m also not convinced he didn’t. The slo mo above hasn’t changed my mind.

I could see him getting off if he was buddy, Hawkins, selwood or danger, and stevic would be fined for getting in the way. But he ain't. So I agree.
Really? I have pretty much no doubt he will play. The marquee players get off in the finals. I of course could be very wrong…

Having watched the enhanced footage on Fox lastnight, both close up and from down the ground. ... I'm starting to think he's some (miniscule) sort of chance to get off. (I had to tune out of Brad Johnson's 3 to 4 week rant)

To begin with, Matt Stevic doesn't seem all that fazed by the interaction. .. mind you, had it been Razor he would've executed a perfect reverse double somersault as he reached for the book, giving him a detailed explanation whilst spinning. .. (degree of difficulty 9.7)

Regardless, he's a *smile* head for putting himself in that position. As much as I love him as a player, if he was ours it would do my head in knowing he's always a brain fart away from suspension!

Considering he didn't actually touch him it would be a travesty of justice if he does get suspended. Of course Stevic wasn't phased considering contact didn't happen.
