Anyone know when tickets for the prelim go on sale? I'm assuming Monday at 9am but who knows with the afl. Can't find anything of the afl or ticketek websites

Thinking back to 2017 the two pieces of play that stand out are Cotching's one handed puckup, 360, goal and Ellis's massive bump on Clangerfield.

BBoth massive team lifting moments.

I think it’s Monday. Hopefully they’re smart enough not to have the other PF released at the same time.

The best was when Dusty embarrassed Stewart on the HBF just before 3/4 time and then kicked to Jack who kicked to Prestia for a goal. Gave us great momentum going into the last quarter and we smashed them.

Rancy, cotchin

Cotch played. We were missing Rance, Riewoldt, Astbury, Lambert, Nankervis & Soldo. From memory they were pretty much full strength, maybe missing 1 or 2, can't remember but they had pretty much their full strength team in. Different game this time around. Play at our best, get enough of the ball and we will take these pussy cats. Come on Tiges, Let's eat these .....!!!

Just saw that we are $1.38 to win, Cats $3.00. That is definitely too short, we aren't that big a favourite IMO, guessing the Hawkins suspension & Duncan unlikely to get up has shortened our price. Let's just win Tiges and get to another beautiful Grand Final.

I must say I have felt like a dirty hawthorn supporter for 2 years rocking up confident that we would win every game. Even when we had injuries and were dropping games this year, I was confident we could bank enough games and make the finals.

Despite being a special period of my life, I haven't felt the same highs since 2017.

But I *smile* hate this entitled mob. I can't wait to boo like a feral when they run out. I can't wait to scream every time we tackle them. Lynch will destroy their putrid backs and I am going to love every *smile* minute of it.

I am so bloody pumped for this game and I expect to be hoarse for a week.

I'm feeling a bit uneasy about this game.

Having sat at the MCG and watched Geelong humiliate us earlier in the year, my view is probably a bit clouded but I feel like this will be a tough contest.

Always worries me when the opposition has a strong tactical coach and I feel Geelong has a massive advantage in Scott v Hardwick, I felt Scott was a big factor in them beating West Coast. (Understand that won't be a popular view on here!)

We can't afford to start with any week off sluggishness, that will be the key for mine.

You're absolutely right, Big Richo, to be concerned.
It will be a tough contest and a mighty battle for supremacy.
Geelong will be hungry, particularly as a number of its senior players will soon be shuffling off into retirement. They won't be leaving anything in the tank.
And, again, you're right ... the Tigers can't afford to be slow out of the blocks.
It's really important that Richmond stifle early any momentum Geelong is carrying from its win over WCE.
Will be a cracker of a game.
If the fresh and rested Tigers are switched on and prepared to will themselves to every contest then I feel they can get the job done.
Tigers to win a thriller.

Geez so much doubt. We are a gun side. They are a bunch of plodders. I want Hawkins to play and want no rain so there is no * next to the win.
They will be lucky to score 50.

If it does rain and Hawkins does not play they will be lucky to get 40.

In the last 40 minutes of that game, Dusty turned in the most devastating performance seen in an AFL match in years. Eight possessions, every one of the a score assist. He single-handedly turned a line ball game into a 51 point drubbing.

So many classic plays. The don’t-argue and withering run leading to the Prestia goal. The 50 metre bomb that landed on Grigg’s chest in the goal-square. The clearance, pass to Lambert, receive and kick to Townsend in the pocket.

Wonderful.

There's an AFL article on what the Cats could do to cover Hawkins, and top of the list were two moves involving shifting Harry Taylor forward. LOL. Cats are *smile*. Get on. Put your house on it. Your kids too. #makegamblinggreatagain

Probably odds sound about right when comparing one side that's won their last 10,the other half half. Also being at the MCG where Tigers have won 29 of the last 32. Odds only reflect what people are betting. Of course all of the above means nothing on game day.
