If Cats fans are staying home then let’s get it filled with Tigers.

Need to make it a Tiger fortress. Similar to their shithole.

My saga, as a 3121 member we get a priority 30 minutes on certain areas, so logged on phone 8-50, first got through at 9-13, but then kept refreshing at payment stage , then timed out, start again , got back in about 9-35 , then wouldn’t let me get 4 tickets together, then all of a sudden it let me get 2 , thankfully they went thru, then had to do it all again for another 2, then got no email or text until 11-30 with only 1 ticket linked, anyway went into order history and they are there Go Tiges

Cats fans not coming?
I hop
Cats fans not coming?
I think RFC fans scared them off in 2017.

Remember the complaints about the crowds.

They wanted a quiet night out at the opera. What they got was out of control feral and loud supporters. Shocked them and the footy world.
THE AFL GIANT WAS AWAKE. Beware. Lol.

It seemed a lot better this year. They are not selling the other PF until tomorrow so someone appears to have grown a brain.

Last year I had 3 browsers going and the mobile, couldn't get in for ages, ended up in the second last row of level 50 (or thereabouts) in the Southern Stand. I could almost make out the tall yank but most of the field would have taken binoculars to see.

This year: 3 browsers open, one got in at maybe 9.10 and I went for Cat 1 - apparently all gone. So, I went for any allocation and guess what? Cat 1 seats appeared. Go Figure

So, my daughter and I will be in Row E in M15. Rapt to be so close for a Prelim :D

Daughter got our group M30 level 1. Guess we're gunna be out in the rain somewhere near the Moggies cheer squad. 2017 we were above their cheer squad n the bay alongside was full of Salty's. Old fart was a tad edgy n vocal last time n expecting to be same again this time.
Might have to get a bit of the roaming Brians happening at stages this year, we've got a young fella in the group n he probably doesn't need to get a close up of the feral old geezer in overdrive.

Tried to get on before 9 this morning. Had firefox open, the blue circle just kept going around. Opened chrome and the same thing. Left them opened and opened explorer. Same. Waited and waited. At 9.10 thought I'd try my phone as well. Problem was I needed to get 7 tickets and didn't want to type out 7 lots of barcodes as I'd saved them on word on my computer. Then the boss walks in. He can be a real prick. His one redeeming quality is that he is a die hard Tigers man. Asked me if I got tickets yet (he's an MCC member). I glanced at the screen with the 3 pages open. He looked and just said keep trying :)). Finally my phone opened. Got halfway through then it froze. As it froze one of the pages opened on the computer opened. After that no issue. Took around 20-25 minutes. But seemed an eternity

They were spruiking that the prices havent changed but from posts here they have under disguise by splitting areas.

I did hear a few callers say cost is too much but they were brushed off.

But add i think the rain is a factor too

I might have a drop out and therefore a Cat A ticket available on second level row J, N6, pretty much one bay to right of the 3121 home game allocated seats.

I will package it up with Bird Cage access ( the bird cage at the Carribean Gardens ) and sell it for 2k.

Ok seriously, if it's available it will be going at face value $187.

I should know some time tomorrow.

Far too much semi positive sentiment for Ticketek on here for my liking. They are incompetent dogs.

Having to use multiple browsers, mobiles, incognito browsers, exhausted allocation messages despite lots of tickets being available, browser not compatible messages within their own app errors, people waiting in queue for 30 mins whilst those later in line get straight through, having to accept less than optimal seats to find out there are many better seats still available later...it goes on and on.

They are hopeless. A perfect partner for the incompetent and corrupt AFL. BTW I'm reasonably happy with my tickets - the process just infuriates me!

Well put Jack..... it's complete crap that they can't get the system right....
You mention the word incompetent and when you find that the bloke who ticks off the process for the AFL is Travis Auld, the whole thing makes sense.

I suppose if you're parachuted into an +800k job after successfully starting up the Suns.... then you've got the runs on the board..... absolute joke!

welp.
I've emailed membership but may as well ask here because who else would have a better knowledge.

Does anyone know if it's possible to upgrade/change finals tickets to the disabled seating on level 1? I've bought tickets for my father and I on level four, but these days he's pretty much on one leg. We've sat in the disabled seating each round this year with our general admission memberships - and would make the entire evening a lot more manageable for him.

Speaking of which, how good are those buggies that the MCG put on around the ground to drive disabled supporters to their gate? Great initiative.

Ticketek have a Special Assistance no. 1300 665 915... I've used it to take my elderly mum
Not sure how you'll go after you've already purchased tickets.
Failing that call the AFL direct and plead your case..... if need be make sure you whack a bit of mayo on the situation!
