Welcome to Tigers: Jason Castagna

Thanks Willo,

Any chance you (or anyone) can send me to where you got that info from so I can have a look?

Like what is closing?
I cut & pasted from AFL site. It didn’t explain anything else. Maybe Champion Data might have a more detailed explanation?
I’d only be guessing but “closing” might coming from in from an angle or front on. ie To close down their run.
As opposed to corralling ie being in front/side of but semi stationary, arms up
Chasing - self explanatory.
Physical pressure - bump/tackle/smother
But that’s just my take on it. Other posters might have other opinions.
*Edit*
I found some explanations for those terms

I hope that helps.

Great work. Would be good to get pressure stat without the first 3. I'd put far more weight on influence for 15 points based on 10 Chases than 15 of No Pressure.

Best game all year. Loved his pressure and how he flew for marks. Rewarded with 3 goals.

Where's Zipper?
I told you kids.
play him up the ground and let him come into foward 50.
He loves playing at Optus.
While others were slipping and sliding, George was clean and running on top of the ground.
I had him behind Graham and Martin for BoG

The Matt Parker strategy has already worked! Well played tonight George. More of it, more regularly.
