Trent Cotchin (Merged)

I think Walker did the wrong thing and got caught and did the punishment. So, I think he gets another chance. But I fully respect Cotchin's right to kick him.

Imagine if Walker does do something similar and the MRO do suspend him for 4 weeks:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Its really funny the entire Vic media has been Team Cotchin, from Reiwoldt, Eddie and RossLyon all defending his action of lifting his leg to protect himself and then reserving it back onto knuckle head Walker as the main instigator.
It's hard being a 3 time premiership captain

Despite all and sundry writing him off - The great Chimper is quietly putting together a bloody good year. Would love him to take a lesser role on, but with Meatball spending his usual time injured, Dusty away and a lack of youth pushing through in the middle he's still delivering - As usual.

1st Contested possessions
1st Handballs
1st Goal Assists
2nd Ground ball Gets
2nd Clearances
2nd Centre Clearances
3rd Disposals
3rd Tackles

For those retiring him at the end of the year, if this year is any guide we'd be *smile* without the Champ. He's busting a gut!

Those numbers are great but its a bit of an indictment on our team / list management that a banged up old skipper can be that high up our stats leaderboard.

He should be running off HB or a roaming forward pocket at this stage of his career but we still expect him to deliver in the midfield.

And people on here still bag him.!

Fighting a lone hand in the midfield. It’s a sad state of affairs when Cotchin is the one still carrying our midfield.

When Grandpa Cotchin carries our midfield for as long as he can it's happy, isn't it, SA?

Chimpa gave. He was crucial to Mr Damien Hardwick's early traps. A giant of RFC.

Trying his guts out as ever but again didn't have a big impact in the second half. We need others coming through to lighten the load.
Yep not great imo. Had a great first 10 minutes then was pretty quiet. Did get 5 clearances but negated that with 6 turnovers. Only 6 contested possessions, 1 score involvement, zero tackles. Agree he's trying his guts out but not making a great impact. And being slaughtered going the other way. What to do?

Needs support. Edwards is shot and Dusty’s not there. Prestia does his best, but no one else can pick up the slack. Wonder who oppo supporters will hate on when he retires?

Joins our homecoming hero Brett Deledio on 275 career games tomorrow.
Hopefully has refreshed the batteries & we get the Chimp's best.
Super game from Chimp tonight. Still see him as the spiritual skipper. Great goal ala 2017 prelim.
Cannot recall a player as hard at the footy. Front and centre to finals aspirations. Gotta luv him.

Underrated game. The media are clueless. If this was Selwood they would be all drooling over him.
