Shane Edwards

Not coming to QLD. The article about him being able to play until he is 36 or 37 softening us up for the bad news. All against us this year unfortunately!

If true very disappointing.Understand the situation, but like I said before he put himself out so early and he could have played a couple games and flew back when the hub started .Bachar had a newborn and his mum battling the virus and made himself available now his payed to do the job and club been fair so no excuse now.

Source of information???? Until I see credible information rather than baseless rumors, I’m still expecting Titch to be available soon.

FFS sheds. have baby, buy flowers, get a plaster cast of foot,

Rumours are going around that he has told the club he is out for this season.
His partner apparently had the baby early last week.
Its very peculiar the club hasn't mentioned him in any email updates.
Was training last Wednesday

Some pregnancies are not easy. Some births do not go according to plan. And sometimes babies may not be 100% health wise. Just wait and see what eventuates. Sometimes there are more important things in life than football.

"At this stage the AFL has tentatively scheduled a flight on September 1 that would take remaining players, as well as AFL officials and media partners, to their transition hub at Gold Coast's Mercure Hotel.

Richmond and St Kilda were planning for Shane Edwards and Dan Hannebery to be on that flight, however they would be open to getting the players into Queensland earlier if alternative options arose."

Training in Melbourne dosent mean anything.
I receive updates constantly from the club.
In the last 6 weeks. There has been no mention of Edwards.
Edwards might do a Rance.
What and become a 5 time All Australian?

I thought I read the next batch of players to fly into the hub was September 1. Mainly only players for finals clubs.
