Would be nice to beat them, but Collingwood are playing very well. I think we are building more towards a peak later in the year and although they are deserved favourites for this week we are in with a chance.
As is always the case, the team that wins a few flags gets their assistant coaches poached, will always be the way. Yes, the adulation of McRae is over the top but the old press saying is that good stories about Collingwood sells papers so I'm not surprised. In any case, look at where Collingwood were before he arrived, you can't say he isn't doing a damned good job.
But, as the 2 Guys 1 Cup podcast keeps pointing out, Collingwood are best when their backs are against the wall, at the moment their backs aren't in the same postcode as the wall. We just need to give it a red hot go and we are a chance to win.
