Trent started the season really well. He's backed off in his performances.

Just watched the replay and paused. No way you can tell it's open hand and definitely hit him in the stomach. Probably a bit of exaggeration but just stupid to open up the possibility of suspension. In the past probably is a warning or fine but I suspect MRP wants to get one back on Cotch so I'm going with 1 week.

Taps like that happen all the time. Think about what you're saying. I'm tired of seeing ridiculous, over-the-top criticism directed at the captain whenever fans are upset at the team's performance. Think for yourselves and stop buying into the media's suggestions.

All night Trent was diving into packs, harassing opposition, running hard, bumping opposition, etc. He was unrelenting all night and we should be proud of the way he never gave up all night and attacked every contest.

We should be applauding Trent's efforts and encouraging the rest of the team to follow his lead, not buying the media's dramatic portrayals!

Cotch throws a lot of those punches ... has throughout his career ... he's been pretty lucky to date not to be pinged ... time may have run out now ... probably cruelled his Brownlow chances even if he doesn't get suspended.

Here's a tip, he is not top 10 Brownlow this year.

Agree, thought he was one of the few that kept going all night, albeit after a very undisciplined incident.

Been sat on hard by the opposition lately, reckon the coaches figure they usually can't stop Dusty so they chop up Cotch instead.
Dimma's been running him from the back half in games lately to try n free him up somewhat. We've had some decent support for Dusty from Lambchop, Grigga n Caddy n general solid overall team performance in recent weeks that's helped hide the deficiencies. Last night we just got smashed everywhere so nothing worked.

Once you stop Cotchin and Martin no one else can win the ball.

They won't tag Miles.

There's no reason why Miles can't play in the same side as Prestia.

That's what it should be. If Cotchin is graded as "medium", Membrey should be assessed as "lethal".

Jack Steven didn't get this much focus for a worse incident and third offence last week.
