1999 Ess , red hot favs , got beaten by 1 point in a prelim
2001 Ess , favs , but not red hot , beaten by the Lions
us 2018 2 games clear at the end of home and away

AFL/VFL history is littered with favs and red hot favs that don't win the flag

we just need the Demons to have another team dinner during the finals :)

You are right, anything is certainly possible but a hell of a lot would have to go right for us to be raising our 14th premiership cup this year. Of course like everyone else I certainly want that to be the case but I am not banking on it.
 
I'm just hoping we make the 8. Will start thinking about premierships then.

18 goals in last 7 games including 1 x 4 goals and 4 x 3 goal games. I'm not really getting it. No reward for form. This was a perfect opportunity. Maybe next game.

Watching the VFL replay, Cumbo must be called this week. Great game and really building this bloke.
 
George had an OK game. A goal and some tackles. Noah II should've debuted vs lowly Eagles.

Can he be our Towner from 2017, comes into the side and kicks bags of goals just before the finals.

Wow Cunberland kicked some goals but Maurice worked his anus off up and down applying pressure. Barely had support in doing so from Cumberland, George, Aarts etc
