Stkilda has a great bunch of youngsters.

Helps with Owens & Windhager being NGA kids but i take the point, both are showing good signs. difference with our guys from same draft is they haven't been exposed at the level like the Saints guys have as we were in different situations when they were drafted. Our guys will get a run at it from this yr on.Toce would have to be in the mix. Look at the impact Wanganeen-Milera, Owens and Windhager are having compared to our boys from the 2021 draft.
Gibcus is obviously unlucky but other that our boys are light years behind.
I think that's exactly right. Our situation - we still thought we were contending and injuries to that crop of kids meant we haven't seen them much yet. Further complicated by last year's disjointed season with Hardwick leaving. Every chance we're going to see plenty of them for the rest of this season though.... difference with our guys from same draft is they haven't been exposed at the level like the Saints guys have as we were in different situations when they were drafted. 100%! Looking at our side for sunday, through injury that process is already well underway. this yr will tell us what area's of the list we need to focus on etc. Not normally a fan of "look and see" seasons but we'll have a great draft hand to be able to sort things out & with a heap of players of of contract this yr & next we can transition our list rather quickly. Being stuck with "list cloggers" shouldn't be a problem going fwd.I think that's exactly right. Why not, @Little Ziggyadee ?
But his *smile*.Lil Zigs has thrown his hat into the ring, doesn't want too much competition

Give me a bloke who convinced Ross Lyon this was the way to go.yes, with explosiveness and/or 'a step'. agility, directional change.
I think Seth Campbell is very much out of the modern cookie cutter
the St.Kilda bloke was on trend for sure.
but its not rocket science.
I'd dig deep on who/how in SA orchestrated The Kane McCaulliffe Heist, and interview them too
Chris Toce was presenting to RFC today
Give me a bloke who convinced Ross Lyon this was the way to go.
Give me a bloke Jarryd Roughead rated extremely highly and wanted to learn from.
Give me a bloke who played a huge role in turning a mundane vanilla list into one of the most exciting in the game.
Give me a bloke who we can say "do what you did at St Kilda here but how do we do it better and faster?"
