Yes you still get the ads but pregame, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and postgame is foxfooty
I think yes, but havent tried. You can also choose to watch live or from the start of the broadcast if you watch it later, or just watch the replay later.
You don't need to, you can watch from live or watch from the start when you log in. Turn off your phone etc, so no one spoils it for you. It's a pretty good platform, however if you select certain moments in the replay timeline, it doesn't always get it right.
This. It's what makes Kayo so good. But, to answer the question, yes you can pause mid stream too.
The kayo app is pretty bad, much better using the kodi version. The other annoying thing is how when you click play from start you have to guess exactly when the game starts because it has the pregame before it. Other than that, kayo is great!
Kayo was a POS to watch the game last night. On an appletv kept getting some global data error and when it was going, was about 360p low def. I’m only on the trial but Sheesh what a let down.
i have Optus sport and also mlb app and don’t have any probs with the quality ... some occasional buffering but not the tripe Kayo served up. If I was paying I’d be demanding money back.
how many others had the issue? Is there anyway to fix it (besides the international VPN trick)?

I think everyone had this issue last night, at least according to Twitter. I haven't had it drop out like that before. Always high definition for me but I'm right near the centre of the Melbourne CBD so my internet may be better than other places.
Also not paying for it and never will, but hey!
I had the same issues yesterday. Haven't had it before. Error saying 'Global rate limit exceeded'. Seems large numbers of viewers had the same problem.
Extremely frustrating. Wonder what was causing it?
Got one "global error" just on the stroke of half time. Jumped out and back in and had no other problems.
Seems from other threads that a few people had issues. They may not have increased their bandwidth enough to cope with a big game in stage 4 lockdown.
Finally, killed off my Foxtel and tried Kayo on the free trial. Casting from a Galaxy S20 to a chromecast ultra the picture was jerky and unstable. Tried my 3 year old laptop plugged in via HDMI. No better. I have a 3 year old LG Oled Which has a Foxtel app on it (no Kayo app unfortunately). The Foxtel app worked fine. I get about 50MBS

Not so much advice but i don't have a smart tv which can run Kayo so i use pc & phone & it works fine.
