2019 Grand Final Match Day Thread - Richmond v GWS

I’ve already re-watched the game with MMM and 3AW synced. Still need to watch with the ABC but with the Mrs away, I have to look after the kids. Bloody inconvenient.
G'day Midsy.... can you please post the link....?
absolutely having no success finding the audio!
Thanks in advance :)

I tried recording the foxtel post game panel but after the game they started the replay.
I don’t think I missed it, but if it wasn’t on I’m not surprised as none of these commentators could handle what happened.
I can’t also wait for the radio replays!

Same.... was looking forward to some of these fools having to eat humble pie!
They did a half time review and the expression on Healys dial is priceless. .. he's in shock as are the other haters like Johnson.
I was expecting the 2017 setup in the park for an hour or so. Didn't happen as far as I know.

Fox sports did a wrap from Sydney on their news channel with 2 journos, one of whom was clueless in regards to the AFL imo.

Bit baffled by it all to be honest. Maybe this is all part of Foxtel losing north of a million a day and they'd rather torch cash on nobody's kicking footys into the Yarra.!

I tried that as well. I am not sure there was anything.

After 2017 there was quite an extensive post game review with Eddie hosting.

hey tigers, I went along to the family day at Punt Road, did anyone else head over? I made it in time to see the team presented to the faithful and hoist the cup into the air. Pretty great feeling singing the song with everyone, fantastic atmosphere.

2 grand final wins, 2 big parties and 2 missed family days. perfect record.

Seems a bit of a pattern there that Cotch was mainly doing the latter part of quarters, except for the second quarter where he was doing the early shift.

Cotch seemed to be mainly alternating with Pickett, particularly in the 2nd half. Pickett only played 66% game time

Thanks for the stats, T-LOve
Just goes to highlight how instrumental Prestia and Edwards were to the game and the win.
And what more could be said about Pickett, eh?

I don’t normally watch On The Couch, but I will tonight. Be lovely seeing Healy. I think Dimma is their guest, too.

Watch Healy suck up Dimma.

Be like watching a golf ball being sucked through a garden hose.

How GWS handle this loss is so important to their chances of mounting a challenge over the next few years.

I think the best first step would be to repeatedly play the Richmond theme song through their post season break. Another idea might be to blind fold players next to busy roads with big heavy busses varying down.

Just a thought to show I'm willing to help out and be humble in victory!

Interesting stat I read

13 of Richmond’s 22 premiership players were overlooked in the first draft they participated in.
Yeah. That was part of Griggs speech when he was giving the Fish his jumper.

Just finished watching the game for the third time.

I really quite like how it ends.

G'day, by the way, the place has changed a little since I last visited.
