Bet all Mince and Robbo will want to discuss is Hardwick’s outburst at the VFL.
Zip. Nothing even meatloaf was silent.
He did call us a 'ordinary' team.
Pinoccio was slapping himself over Geelong too think about Hardwick.
Pinoccio's weekend hero was Atkins.
And he even showed the goal that Dangerflop kicked but was a paid a point.
Massive kokslppper

Zips, you are becoming boring.

I'm tired of your incessant praise of Wankley

So we have one of the greatest rounds ever in AFL history, and by no coincidence one of the best umpired rounds ever and Whateley is upset with the new interpretation re the duck/shrug/drop. He calls it the Ginnivan rule, which it is in part. But it's also a rule that will see Selwood/Crumples and their like receive less frees. So it's no surprise that the loudest opposition voices to it are those with vested interests like Mince & bikie-boss Bevo.

Mince asked Adam Simpson about it and he gave a great answer. He said he has seen a lot of junior football and that juniors come through playing for frees. They spend years doing it. He doesn't like it so supports the new interpretation. (which is not a new interpretation, its actually just applying the rule as it is written). Can't imagine who these junior footballers have been copying - Selwood perhaps? Mince didn't extend the discussion further as it didn't suit his agenda. Moved on.

Mince spent an extended period on his show yesterday saying he is confused about the whole thing. To me it was a series of games where we saw floppers and stagers not rewarded which lead to less frustration from both players and fans and much better spectatcles.

Will be fascinating to see how many frees the likes of selwood and crumples draw now compared to their career averages.

On the Sacked podcast Kennett made a good point about Whateley that is easy for him to keep putting his criticisms up because he never has to put anything into practice. Same could be said about Cornes.

Not surprised, I heard him waffling on about it on the radio over the weekend and recall thinking what a weird take. Clearly has an agenda

A massive love in happening about Dangerfield playing his 300th this week.

A pity they didn't give Shedda a fraction of the time they've spent drooling over him.

Channel 7 write up had him playing in the 17 grand final…. I recall tex calling him out that he’d never get close to a cup after leaving!

Was running and listening when Dangerflog came on. Had to turn it off, they basically made out like he's the best player of the last decade. Matchwinner, incredible etc etc

Wish they'd mention his second half efforts in finals.

He's been a great home and away player.
