English Premier League threads [Merged]

Approaching half way point of the season, the Championship looking absolutely fascinating. Promotion is going to come down to the wire. Looking at the list of upper contenders, some very famous, clubs with a lot of historical pedigree.

A change to the top of the table. I hope it stays that way.

Cracking road trip for them coming up next week. A trip to Villa Park to take on Aston Villa. Like a Premier League clash of old with plenty on the line (both sides right in the mix for promotion). Leeds have been well and truly selling out their away ticket allocation every week they travel. Going to be a brilliant atmosphere.

But seriously, top-league pro Soccer is an absolute fantasy land for money. Absolutely absurd.

I heard somewhere around $42m. Ridiculous....especially for a self-centred prick like him.

Very interesting results near the top. Liverpool now 4 points ahead.
