Yep we responded very well after the dogs loss, which was almost identical to last night.

Theres something going on we dont understand.

Im pretty confident we'll revel back on The G as solid underdogs.

Those stats have been posted all over twitter. Contrary to popular belief, replacement coaches do not have a great record in their first up games

It just doesn't make sense. They can have the pressure game going at turbo speed on the bigger MCG but as soon as they run onto kryptonite stadium they looked like the energy has been sucked ouf of them.

Thats what i said to my wife on the G we play like Kings, at marvel we play like chomps!

They showed a stat last night before the game & we are actually ranked 17th or something like that for pressure this year.

Correct! So why have we gone away from that. Sure their have been games where our pressure has been good but in 2017 i felt like we brought the pressure week in week out for 4 qtrs.
When our pressure rating is close to 200 we rarely lose, just hope that Dimma gets this important aspect back into the team.

Geez I miss some of the old-time commentators such as Drew Morphett and Doug Heywood who simply called the game, celebrated the great plays and great players and didn't openly barrack for a team during the play. Really takes away from watching. Ling and BT really should have just shown up in North guernseys.

Been listening to Peter Donegan on SEN a bit....has he been resurrected or haven't I been paying attention? He would be a great tv caller.

Just for those who were convinced we would easily win this one and shot me down.

Good on you skillz... Great foresight. But you should know by now you can't be a true tiger and have any doubts whatsoever.

Much better to come on post facto and say we were "due" / we were reamed / we are in the middle a heavy training load / we Never play well,at xyz ground / we lost at the selection table.

I think the best analysts "know" their team. The good and the bad.

I agreed Percy. I was never sure why Friday night was that desirable. I’m an old traditionalist I know, but give me Saturday afternoon any time. The things you mention disillusion me more to Friday night.

Unfortunately that battle has been lost. If we had to play every game at 2.00 Saturday I could not be happier.
