There's still a few decent options left, Hawks might yet uncover a couple of bargains.

Just watching video of big Ty dominating his Nan at totem tennis at Christmas '96. Hes such a competitor. Almost time to see who is left.

The Tigers, after addressing the on ballers in the trade period and some KPPs in the first 2 picks now attempt to address another glaring list problem: ruck.

So the RFC choose player 45324 Jeremy Goddard, 202cm ruck from WA. Like most rucks Jeremy will take time to develop and we look forward to him heading back to WA in 5 years just as he blossoms.

Pick #84 Melbourne Football Club selects

Hamish Brayshaw

We like to have brothers at Melbourne Football Club, Have no idea if Hamish will make it or not but is a good size and a Brother that looks like he has a bit og Go in the midfield.

Really wanted to take Darcy Cameron here as i believe melbourne really need a Ruck just incase Big Gawn is Gawn for the year but will need to fix that in the Rookie Draft with a selection there.

Well done guys looking foward to each teams fortunes written up by Bullus if he decides to create more work for him self and a special thanks to Bullus to run this and lets see how close we got

Blues pick Oscar Junker. 193cm utility who can play as a third tall at either end as well as in the midfield. Excellent overhead, great footy skills, and concerns over his athleticism were allayed when he ran 3.03 for the 20m. Jets captain and runner-up in their B&F, despite no pre-season.

Cats go Mitch McCarthy. He's a 19-year-old 196cm key position prospect who spent 2015 playing high school basketball in the U.S. Very athletic, good awareness, leap, long wingspan and plenty of improvement to come.

Finally the hawks get to welcome playmates for our Ty-ty

Firstly we select Quinton Narkle, 181cm, 82 kg forward and
Secondly Sean Darcy, 201cm, 113kg monster.

Narkle is a slippery forward from WA while Darcy is only 4 kg from being proof I can play afl football. :D

Adelaide - Will Hayward (15), Brodie Romensky (49), Ben Jarman (56), Willie Rioli (67)

The Crows have targeted the best SA prospect at pick 15, a player who tested exceptionally well at the combine and someone who finished the season like a freight train when it mattered most. Whilst Hayward doesn't rack up huge numbers he's generally a safe shot on goal and he's crafty when the opposition attempts to box him into tight corners. Given his wiry frame and impressive leap, I liken him to Brett Burton despite the fact he hasn't yet demonstrated the same aerial dominance of his predecessor, however I wouldn't put it past him to add this feature to his already impressive game. Jarman looks to be good value at 56 despite the Hawks ruling themselves out.

As for the remaining two picks, I think these players will be drafted but not so early. Both missed the national combine which is usually an indicator that they will be taken late or in the rookie draft. If the Crows had taken Sam Walker at 49 and pushed the other two down the pecking order I would have given this draft haul a much higher grade, however with 6 vacancies available on the list I feel having only 4 picks will force the club into some premature rookie elevations.

Overall Grade : B-

Brisbane Lions - Ben Ainsworth (3), Sam Powell-Pepper (17), Josh Rotham (22), Brennan Cox (24), Jacob Allison (40), Declan Watson (76)

The Lions desperately need pace, goal kicking power and height and I believe this haul has addressed these shortcomings in the best way possible. In recruiting Ainsworth, Rotham & Allison they have stitched up the quickest 3 players over 20 metres and in the case of Allison, they may have found the elusive tall midfielder that most clubs have been hunting ever since the Bontempelli phenomenon took hold. With the addition of Cox & Watson I also feel that the spine is very close to becoming a set and forget situation, particularly given they have Schache entering his second year, a rapidly improving Hipwood and an A grade academy prospect in Ballenden ready to join the Lions in the 2017 draft. Powell-Pepper is another who will bring some excitement and raw aggression to the table, at pick 17 I think he's a bargain.

Overall Grade - subject to peer review

Carlton - Tim Taranto (6), Brandan Parfitt (28), Jamie Hampton (52), Tom Williamson (61), Ben Ronke (66), Darcy Cameron (71), Oscar Junker (81)

For needs I think the Blues have recruited exceptionally well, particularly with their first four selections. Taranto could be anything and for those who enjoy a punt on the Supercoach, he's averaged a phenomenal 146 points over the course of the 2016 season. As people are aware, I'm a firm believer that Parfitt has been undersold this year and would happily have him at Richmond with our first pick. Hampton is another exciting NT lad and could well find his niche in Yarran's old role across half back, he has pace and with a little bit of refinement to his kicking, could be a super smart selection at this point in the draft. Williamson is another who with some expert development could make the grade, his endurance is exceptional and I believe represents good value in the fourth round. Ben Ronke is a bit of a left field pick having missed the cut for Vic Metro however some good form in the VFL should see him in the frame as a latish pick. Darcy Cameron I'm not as convinced about as some, I realise his coaches at Claremont pump him up every year but it's always been a question of athleticism for me. Oscar Junker I like at this pick, he's reasonably quick and has some worthwhile leadership credentials. Not entirely sure where he finds his niche but there's an outside chance he cuts it in the midfield.

Overall Grade : A-
