Sydney Stack

Excluding the final month or so of Sydney’s season, he’s the best young player I’ve ever seen.

I don’t care about the rising star at all, what matters if my eyes and people’s opinions I respect

Id have voted walsh stack rozzee

And long term i think walsh and stack will be stars and rozee will crash and burn

Just a hunch. Probably based on the stupid ******* cupid routine.

Rozee is my top based on this year.

I'd have gone Rozee, Stack, Walsh.

Though Stack playing less games hurt him.

Walsh is a butcher. Took the fawning media a dozen years to understand Why Adelaide supporters called Danger Clangerfield, will probably gloss ove Walsh as well.

Stack, Smith, Rozzee for me on 2019. Who knows what happens in the future.

The video on the RFC site about Sid is terrific.

I'm so proud of how our club looks after the indigenous boys.

And we are so lucky to have this terrific player at our club.

Well done Tigers and congratulation Sydney.

Devils advocate no. 2

Would take him over Short any day of the week.

You're right, he ain't better than the players you listed, but he could still get a game in our back 6.

I would take Torney in front of Short,

Do you ever watch a show on Foxtel called ‘seconds from disaster ‘

That’s what is going to happen for us the longer he gets a game.

It’s probably been mentioned but Kevin Sheehan aka shifter did not include Syd in his votes??!!!! How could he not?

Maybe because the incompetent knob didn’t think he was good enough to get even drafted.
Maybe egg on a very very very old head

Sydney would have had to avoid injuries and played every game sensationally this year just to take some of the votes out of Walsh. Third is about right given the late season drop off in form. Love his work and it would have been marvellous to see him lining up this year for finals.

Spoke to Stack briefly.

Said he should be right to play.but we know Sydney is a confident young man.

Congratulated him on his year and wished him well.

In the end whether he wins the rising star or is voted in the top 5 is inconsequential . He is a star in the making no doubt.

My view is that we will see him in the guts in the future, just needs a tank. Made for clearance work with that burst of speed

Yeah, never understood why people obsess about who wins the rising star or not. It's a bunch of hooey.

We've got a player, that's beyond doubt.

Yep dont care about the overall win, means nothing as for the long trajectory of their respective caqreers.

I just like to see our young kids nominated. To be one of the favourites for the flag and get 3 nominations is a fantastic testament to our recruiting and development. (Shouldve been 4 nominations this year, Ross was ripped off)

I think its pretty normal to want a Richmond man to beat a Carlton man.

could be a game of scrabble, and the well adjusted among us

would be accusing the the Carlton bloke of misspelling.
