The thing that's shone our most at VFL over the last year is his composure.

He's strong in the contest, and doesn't get flustered. Doesn't panic and give away frees, doesn't ovet commit, just stays strong. Similar with ball in hand, doesn't throw away possession.

He has lots of AFL traits. Really just needs experience.
